Two Boone Prisoners Released on Bail
Two men held in Boone county jail awaiting preliminary hearings on liquor charges obtained release by posting bonds Tuesday evening. Oscar Vice of Frankfort posted 500 dollars on transporting liquor in an automobile in Squire Connor's Court. Herschel Payne of Indianapolis posted 1,000 dollars bail on transporting and possessing liquor in Boone Circuit Court. Payne was arrested by Lebanon police after nearly two hundred gallons of alcohol were found in two cars. Amos Wilson fled and has not been apprehended.

False imprisonment alleged in suit in Indiana
