Mrs. Mattie Tomlinson of 926 South Pearl street learns with sorrow that her son Sergt. Harry Tomlinson, 28, died in Hawaii while serving in the United States Army. The body will be shipped to Lebanon for burial. He is survived by his father Sam Tomlinson of Montana, two sisters Nova Ayrand and Iva Belt, and two brothers Leonard and Earl Tomlinson. The postponement was agreed Friday when Robert E Hicks publisher of the Specialty Salesman Magazine and Rozelles chief accuser asked time to assemble evidence. In letters to Washington officials Hicks charged Rozelles firm sold materials to women for home work and did not buy back finished products as agreed. Rozelle's answer was a demand for the Grand Jury investigation.
