Ex banker Dreyer was found guilty of withholding 8100,000 of the West Park board funds while treasurer. The case centers on the misappropriation from the town board and the court will determine his penitentiary sentence.

Woodmen of the World of Nebraska obtuvo a writ against Missouri Superintendent of Insurance O'Rear returnable July 1. O'Rear refused to authorize Nebraska to do business in Missouri due to lack of a government representative as required by law. The case will be argued on return.
