10-Unit Town House To Be Built In Brendan Wood Site
Construction starts next week on a 10 unit town house in Brendan Wood by Cleo Smith of Whitestown Realty. Lebanon Planning Commission voted to rezone to suburban apartments and recommended City Council approval. The project includes six 3 bedroom units, two 2 bedroom units, and two 2 bedroom ground floor units, with six garages planned on State Road 39.

Life Saving Classes Set by Boone Red Cross at Lebanon
The Boone County Chapter of the American Red Cross will run Junior and Senior Life Saving courses at Seashore Pool Lebanon from July 15 to 26. Hours are 5 to 6 30 p m. The junior course targets ages 12 to 15 and the senior course 16 and over. Applicants must dive swim 440 yards and tread water for one minute. Applications are at the Red Cross office and instructors are authorized Red Cross personnel.
