Land suit to begin in Boone Circuit Court Monday

Four Killed In Three Traffic Mishaps Today
Four people died in three Indiana traffic crashes today, raising the state toll to at least 618 for 1965. In Columbus, Robert Maggard 26 and his uncle James Maggard 55 were ejected when their car left Indiana 46 and overturned.
