Motorcycle Rider Killed In Collision In Indiana

Volunteer Firemen Seek Master Plan For Tornado Alerts
Boone County Volunteer Firemens Association members call for a standardized tornado alert system. A cross-department committee from volunteer fire departments the Sheriff Office and Civil Defense will coordinate a countywide warning signal and study its use. Delegates meet next Wednesday to compile information and aim to draft a master plan for tornado warnings. Goodwill Collection In County Keeps Pace With 1964 Average
Lebanon area residents contributed about 1 500 hours of rehabilitation services for handicapped workers at Goodwill Industries in the first five months of 1969. Mrs Lina Johnson cited 1 500 filled bags 200 pieces of furniture and 105 miscellaneous items donated. She noted donations match last year while May 1969 is 25 percent higher than May 1964.
