A 1959 Ford convertible driven by David L. Woodall left Hazel College Road near Lebanon at 11 45 p m Saturday, struck a cement culvert and toppled, ejecting passenger Billy K Weatherald. Woodall and Weatherald were treated at Witham Hospital. Woodall in good condition with scalp lacerations and limb injuries, Weatherald with scalp laceration and back injuries. No citations issued.

The remonstrators hold 24,315 shares of Av series preferred stock valued at 100 dollars per share and 8,408 shares of B series at 24 dollars each. The case tests stock worth after the merger with Acme Goodrich Cleveland Grain and the Associated Terminal Elevators, with at least one Boone County elevator involved. The six men and six women jury were excused while legal arguments continued, marking one of the first such trials recorded by stenographer and electrical recorder. The Marion County venued case centers on merging smaller firms into General Grain, involving 104 stockholders who voted before August 12, 1958.
