Indiana Rotarians Leave for Minneapolis Convention

Father and Son Duel Ends in Double Fatal shotout
In Thayer Missouri a farmer James Perkins aged 48 and his son Frank 24 returned from a country dance and fought a revolver duel in a wood west of town. Both died from their wounds with the father dying before help arrived and the son dying later in West Plains hospital. The son said the quarrel was private between him and his father.

World War veteran Currie sues for libel then sails for Europe
