A 63 year old Lebanon man, H F Todd of West Dick Street, was held on disorderly conduct and discharging a firearm after an incident at the Dog and Suds Drive-In. Todd reportedly drew a 410 shotgun from his taxi and fired at a car, missing its occupants. His daughter Mary Jane and Joan Lenz were mentioned in connection with the case. police were investigating and no blotter report was filed.
