Mrs. Alcie Maria Stirley 62 a Boone County native and Fayette community resident died Saturday night at Stelderth Nursing Home in Indianapolis after a year in care and months of illness. Born December 2, 1871 she married Joseph Hear Ottinger and after his death wed Levi Shirley both prior to 1929. Survived by two sons Ray and Emery Ottinger of Fayette, seven grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. Funeral at Fayette Baptist Church Tuesday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Ernest Essex officiating. burial in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.

Trooper and Deputy Sheriffs Handcuffed in Mt. Vernon Robbery Case
