The new concrete building houses five rooms and is equipped with a 10 hp engine, boiler, separator, 500 pound churn, a 200 gallon pasteurizer, bottler and tester. Milk will be pasteurized and sold as sweet milk, skim milk, cream, butter, buttermilk, and corkage cheese with delivery by wagon along limited routes or on orders. Output will go to local consumers with farmers supplying the product. The establishment aims to meet sanitary standards and fill a long needed local demand.
