The Montgomery circuit court jury ruled against Nicholas Clements in the suit against Herdrick Bros Co for 5000 dollars in damages. Clements claimed injuries from unsafe mill machinery at a Royalton saw mill. Trial began last Friday after a venue change from Hendricks to Montgomery. Conductor Injured in Monen Railroad Wreck Near Bedford
