In Greencastle Indiana June 11 Deputy Harold Cobb shot and killed one suspect and seriously wounded another after spotting Earl Spencer a 30 year old Franklin inmate at a filling station. The gunman fired first as Spencer attempted to reach a weapon. Spencer died at Putnam County Hospital.
