Indianapolis June 10 Gov Hol Jackson will not be required to appear in Superior court tomorrow. Judge James M Leathers ruled he need not testify about control of property tied to D C Stephenson former Klan leader serving life for murder. Jackson had denied owning Stephenson property and was later garnishee defendant for Nettie Stephenson.
