Charles E Nobes 76 a longtime druggist who operated stores in Flora and Lebanon died at his niece Mrs Frances Hall home Frankfort Route seven after a ten day illness. He moved to Lebanon in 1913 bought the Howard Rous drug store retired in 1919 and was active in the Haymakers organization as secretary and former national chief.
