Guardian Named for Rhodius Insane in Court Decision

Supreme Court Argument Over Alcohol License Unconstitutional

Arguments Heard Before State Supreme Court in Ixpianarois

In Ixpianarois Indiana on June 7 a large crowd gathered as Edward Sopher challenged a Noblesville liquor license ruling. Will of late A C Daily probated with large trust bequest

The last will of the late A C Daily dated May 24 1907 was probated this morning. It provides for several family releases including a 700 mortgage note, a 3200 note and mortgage, and a 1000 trust to Centenary Methodist church Lebanon to fund organist salary. The balance of personal estate falls to his children Daisy and Blanche Wood, with a complex trust plan for bank stocks totaling numerous named holdings in Lebanon and Indianapolis and annual income for the two children. The will suggests renaming the American Trust Co to A C Daily Trust Company as a memorial.

Funeral of A. C. Daily at Methodist Church

At the funeral service for A C Daily held yesterday afternoon in the Methodist church a large turnout of former and current state officers and employees and Indianapolis business associates paid tribute. President Hughes of DePauw University noted Daily’s service as a university trustee while Dr D M Wood of Hammond and Rev Demetrius Tillotson added remarks. The hour long service reflected the man’s character and worth.

Lyons 19 End Near Indianapolis Funeral and Deaths

Elias Lyons former resident of this county died at his home ten miles west of Indianapolis after kidney trouble. He was 73 and leaves a wife, six sons, and one daughter. Funeral Sunday at 1 p.m. at First Christian church with burial at Oak Hill. Also notices of Hessie Sholty, 20, of Howard county died of pulmonary tuberculosis. Amelia J. Threlkeld of Advance died of apoplexy. and Dr. J. Shannon of Shannondale died aged 82 with funeral pending. Burial and services planned in local cemeteries and churches.

Frankfort Adds New Players After Loss to Decatur

Frankfort baseball dropped to Decatur 8 to 3 yesterday. The team added pitchers Makenat and Blitz to its staff and acquired Williams at shortstop and Gillis in the outfield from Hartford City.
