Auto crash injures Harold Sicks near Witham hospital
Harold Sicks of this city is seriously hurt after his Buick roadster failed to see a barricade on the Frankfort road near the Witham hospital. The car struck a telephone pole, the right side collapsed, and Sicks sustained possible brain concussion and skull fracture while George Miller, the driver, escaped injury. Miller and Sicks had been returning from Sheridan after an evening with friends. the car was wrecked. Sicks was treated by Dr. B A Rainey at the scene and at the hospital.
