Kennefick Case Set for Hearing in September Term
A. Heim & Son versus William Kennefick et al on account is before the circuit court today after transfer from Marion county. The contractor defendants built the Indianapolis and Southern Ty line from Indianapolis to Sullivan. Plaintiffs say they were hired to work on the grade of the right of way and seek 800 dollars still due and 21 000 in judgment. They also have a separate suit for 3 000 damages, claiming two work stoppages caused by the defendants. That case is slated for Sept 13 with a jury.
