County Council Approves Various County Allocations and Repairs
The county council met in special session and approved numerous appropriations. Items include 200 for courthouse fuel, 25 for courthouse closet repair, 50 for jail furnishings, 100 for County Orphans Home supplies, and 400 for linoleum for the courthouse, auditor's and sheriff's offices. Bridges, gravel road culverts, and other roadwork were funded with specific sums, plus 500 for the Boone County Fair Association and per diem for officers.
