Hanoi Cancels Return of POWs From Ship at Da Nang
Hanoi and Viet Cong stiffened stance at Paris peace talks as 13 sick and wounded prisoners aboard the Upshur near Da Nang were canceled from returning to North Vietnam. AVI said the move condemns the arrangement and insists on broader withdrawal and government overthrow as conditions for peace. U.S. spokesman Ledegar noted the men were already at sea.

Two Hurt In Series Of Wrecks
Two people were injured in a rash of Wednesday accidents investigated by City and State Police. At the I-65 overpass near Business 65 a Chicago man, Kinley Ware, 38, lost a tire, crashed his 1964 sedan, and was taken to Witham Memorial Hospital with head lacerations. Omer Klug, 54, of Cincinnati, following in a truck and trailer, ran off the road and overturned. both sustained injuries treated at Witham. Sheriff reports indicate seat belts reduced injuries in another crash on U S 52 near Country Kitchen where William Clark swerved to avoid a car and rolled into a ditch with scalp lacerations. Four Lebanon incidents produced no injuries.

A camper was demolished, a barn damaged, trees uprooted, and basements flooded as rainfall totaled about 2 inches. Weather observer Richardson reported hail and rapid storm movement, with towns reporting isolated damage and power lines knocked out in Boone County.

Rose Lawn Indiana UP I reports Naked City owner Dick Drost announced the first Mister Nude America contest will be held June 12 at the Nudist resort with a $500 prize, free membership, and a kiss from Miss Nude Indiana. A second Miss Nude America pageant is slated August 7 with a $1,000 prize, life membership, and a two week London trip. Judges will award based on general appearance and stage presence.
