Canine Burglary Trial Delayed Due to Illness
The Ben Canine burglary case in the circuit court was continued after an affidavit showed his condition prevented appearance. Attorneys Dodson, Seifres, and Ernest Stewart represent him. Canine is recovering from poisoning last Monday at a Lafayette Avenue home and is jailed on held bonds. He cannot eat solid foods, subsisting on milk since Tuesday.
