Farm House Burns Near Frankfort in Noon Blaze
A farm dwelling owned by Abe Richart on the Kirkith gravel road southeast of Frankfort was destroyed by fire of unknown origin around noon. Two local youths spotted the blaze and alerted Mr. Richart, who was harvesting in the fields. Mrs. Richart was away visiting relatives. Neighbors formed a bucket brigade but the flames progressed too rapidly to save the building.

Mrs Mary Elizabeth Green died at 7 39 last night at her home three miles north of Lebanon due to heart trouble. Born August 20 1844 in Kentucky she would be 65.
