Both men, from Lebanon, were jailed on vagrancy charges with high bonds after confessing an arrangement where Harmon stole brushes and Ellis sold them, with Ellis billed as a fugitive and Harmon charged with petty larceny. Scouts To Leave Monday For Chank Tun Un Gi
