The Scopes case goes to the Tennessee supreme court in September and may then go to Washington depending on that ruling Experts doubt a reversal of the law by the U S Supreme Court and see a possible Tennessee technicality as the best chance to stall the case while legislation is redrafted.

Man's Right Leg Crushed In County Truck Wreck
George DeMoss 98 a Doyle Grocery driver sustained a compound fracture and other injuries when his heavily loaded huckster truck overturned on Crawfordsville road six miles west of Lebanon.
