Metzger Sentenced to State Penal Farm After Frankfort Trial
Eula Metzger was sentenced to 90 days at the state penal farm by a Frankfort police court jury. Sheriff Allen of Clinton County transported him by auto yesterday morning. Metzger also paid a $10 fine and chose the farm sentence over appealing. This is his second farm sentence, previously 60 days after the institution opened.

Harry R. Whittinghill aged forty years eight months and eighteen days died at 1 45 this morning at his home one mile south of Old Union due to heart disease. He had prior heart attacks but was well yesterday and last night. Coroner Millikan of Thorntown notified. He was born March 19 1880 in Scott county Indiana and married Virgie Stewart June 1 1904 in Lebanon. Survived by wife six children L D Mary Floyd Bertha Ralph Wilber and two sisters and a brother. Funeral plans not yet set.
