Character Building At 65th Boone Institute Opens In High School
About 135 Boone county teachers registered for the sixty fifth annual institute held this week in the high school auditorium. Wyant Accepts Call to New Haven Pastorate

Bandits Hold Up Bank Messenger Near Clinton Indiana
Bandits stopped a bank messenger on the Clinton to St Bernice road and fled with about 11 000 in payroll cash from the Chicago Milwaukee and St Paul railroad. The messenger Floyd Reed and a guard were forced to abandon the auto after an ambush by five assailants. Reed expected to identify the five men who fled toward Danville Illinois. Regular Baptist Body Ends Three Day Conference
The Mount Tabor Association of Regular Baptists held a three day session at Dulin's Grove north of Whites Town. Eight churches participated led by moderator Ernest Essex and clerk Ralph Stamper. Danville Illinois will host the 1926 meeting as speakers from Virginia and Indiana praised the gathering and a $104.25 offering was shared among visiting ministers.

A Pennsylvanian train scare in Martinsville cost Albert Kivett twenty, and Frank Schowe twenty two died when a tree fell on him in Columbus. Six more injuries were reported near Anderson on roads and pedestrians injured at Posey county.

Relatives report the death of Mrs Clyde Caldwell in Columbus after several months of cancer. The car halted as the boy crossed the road. his thighs were broken and he was dragged beneath the fender. Fire Devastates City Block in Montreal
A late night blaze in Montreal Quebec destroyed an entire city block in the East End. The fire started in a storehouse filled with old furniture and the huge ice house also burned.
