Three Electrocuted by Live Wire Fence in County Farm
Town City August 15 three men died at the county grazing farm after becoming entangled in a live barbed wire fence contacting a 33 000 volt high tension line. The dead are Paul Miller 22 John Miller 24 and Joe Wall 35. Miller was killed attempting to crawl through the charged wires and the others were electrocuted while trying to save him.

Cars Damaged In Road Collision Near Crawfordsville
A Ford touring car driven by Joe Petratic of St Charles Illinois collided with a Durant driven by Herbert Wolpert of Louisville Kentucky on Crawfordsville road three miles west of Sheanon. Both drivers escaped injury. A cornfield hid the route and the Durant turned onto Crawfordsville road eastbound. The Illinois car tried to pass on the left, striking the Durant’s side and causing major damage including a broken rear wheel door fenders radiator and bent frame. Passengers in the Wolpert car Fred Weigle his wife and two children were unharmed though the children were thrown from the vehicle. The cars were taken to Johnson Moore garage for repairs.
