Frankfort Man Pays Fine to End Long Court Battle

Charles F Slauter Dies at Max at Forty Seven
Charles Fremont Slauter aged forty seven years nine months and thirteen days died at 12 55 am today at his Max home after a ten month illness. He was born in Warren county July 11 1860 and married July 17 1882 at Crawfordsville to Mary Ellen Brannigan. Surviving: two children William and Mary A Slantes, Firuke, teaver one sheer Elizabeth E Harden and two brothers W R and Isaac J Slauter. He was a Catholic Church Lebanon member. Funeral at 16 am Monday at the church conducted by Rev Fr Connelly. Interment in Catholic cemetery in this city.

Eugene Munssel fifty seven head of the Mica Insulating Wire Company killed himself by jumping from a seventh floor window of the Van Dyke Hotel at 175 West Seventy-Second Street after convincing his wife to leave the room for a moment. Denver Plans 14000 Seats for July Democratic Convention
