Elizabeth Railsback of St Louis visited her brother William Binford on Church Street Tuesday. With John Miles they forced entry to find Binford severely stuck headfirst between a chair’s lower rounds. The chair was sawed apart to free him. He remained unconscious and in weak condition after release. The cause of his strange position stays a mystery.
