Mrs Emma M Reinoehl wife of Tir Jon BK Minne is in critical condition after a fall at her home on Esthit Street. She slipped on a step fracturing her skull on a protruding nail and sustained serious internal injuries as Dr Ed B Marshall attends. Visitors are restricted from her room.
Marshall Funck and W Renhaker visit eastern penitentiary to sign final pardon papers for Brubaker who is serving six years for rape. Brubaker in declining health. physician says he may not survive confinement. Barrisary Fanck to present pardon at the pardon meeting citing experiences of the sentence and declining health. The St Azanthia guild of St Luke’s Episcopal Church staged a charming little women’s play this afternoon at 2 30 in the parish school building on South Sixth street. The performers acted adorably and the large audience enjoyed the entertaining program.

The Lebanon high school held its twenty fifth commencement at the Academy of Music with a Shakespeare themed program. Miss Ella Smith Salutatorian delivered the welcome and a Hamlet study with scenes from the play featured by students, teachers, and the Apollo Orchestra under Prof. Co A MacComsey.

John II Kochenderfer of Cana street reports the death of his mother Mrs Mary Eby at age 74 from stomach trouble and advanced age. She resided near Jol Garver and was a devout Christian, long affiliated with the United Freethen hiveh. Survived by one child, John Kochenderfer, brothers John Shifer and others, sisters Mrs Kauffman and Mrs Kate Harris, aunt Mrs Dale. Funeral set for Tuesday morning at the Kachenderfers meeting house.

John Reiber, employed in the foundry of the American Iron and Steel Works, was injured Friday morning when he came into contact with a wheelbarrow whose upper and lower parts were mismatched in strength. He suffered severe leg injuries but continued working and even arranged for his noon meal to be sent home.
