Livestock Law Violators Fined Across 43 Cases
The Bureau of Animal Industry announced 43 fines for breaches of livestock and meat laws. Violations include quarantine breaches, interstate shipments of diseased cattle, unsound meat practices, and using meat inspection wrappers on uninspected product. Fines generally ranged from 25 to 200 dollars.
