The annual report to the State High School Inspector was sent to Olympia. A free matinee was given to punctual pupils. Thirty students aim for higher education, with 19 boys and 11 girls. Funeral for Infant Son of Mr and Mrs Blankenship
The funeral of Howard Eugene Blankenship, fourteen months old, was held last Friday at 2:30 PM at the Methodist church in Leavenworth, under Leavenworth Undertaking Co. Rev. Wm Hoskins officiated. Burial followed in Leavenworth cemetery. Relatives and friends attended widely as the cause of death was identified as a bowel deformity from an abnormal appendix after an eighteen hour illness.
