All-the-Year-Round Schools Proposed by Horchem
Benjamin J. Horchem argues for year-round schools kept open year round with half indoor time and half outdoor activity. Suburban campuses would use rapid transit, emphasize laboratory and garden work, and rely on student initiative under trained staff. Examinations would be unnecessary as work speaks for itself. Rev J O Hawk reports another in-office visit about demand for eggs and rising advertising rates.
