Leavenworth Washington council met with absent members Phelan and King. The Street and Alley committee gained time on the Great Northern culvert extension and to decide on a Whitman Street improvement with a 10 percent grade limit and new culverts and a wooden bridge. Licenses were discussed for saloon operators Sam Thompson Tholin and Smith and Churchill Brothers with notices to liquor sellers to apply by March 31. noncompliant licenses will be revoked.
