Progressive State Convention Call 1916 Washington
The Progressive State Committee calls a Seattle convention for May 4 1916 to select thirteen delegates and thirteen alternates for the national convention in Chicago June 7. Delegates allotted by county based on Roosevelt 1912 votes. Chelan to have 3. Spokane February 25 1916, L Roy Slater chairman.

The Dryden eo daughter of Mr and Mrs Floyd Unger was born last Saturday. A social at the Dryden School house featured old songs and zither tunes by Mr Barker followed by games and coffee doughnuts and apple pie. Dryden basket ball tied Monitor 14 to 14 and after the playoff Monitor won 17 to 16. Mr Baker and his family move into the home vacated by Mr Sloan. Baker works as a ditch walker for Wenatchee Gas & Electric Co.
