A group of about eighty Chelan County electors petition to form the town of Leavenworth from segments of sections 1 2 11 and 42 in township 24 range 17 and adjacent areas along the Wenatchee River. They request an election under state law on July 2 1906 to decide incorporation and adopt initiative referendum and recall provisions.
