A home wedding united Miss Zella O Neal and Karl L Benson before 70 guests on August 26 at the bride’s parents’ residence. The couple plans a Michigan Wisconsin motor trip then three weeks touring and will reside at 619 Bowery Town City after September 15.

Leif Ericson Picnic Set for Labor Day near Gilman Iowa
The Leif Ericson Order hosts its annual picnic at Medhus grove one mile north of Gilman on Labor Day September 4 1988. Events run from 10 a m through evening with Rev D J Dennis Marshalltown speaker Roland Band Frank Hunnicutt Toledo and Marshalltown Community Players providing music and entertainment.
