A washing machine caused constant shocks when touched by cords and damp floors near the Tweet home. Rev Shult, an electrician, saved Racine Tweet by pulling the wire as the 38000 volt current surged through damp ground. Shult and Tweet sustained electrical burns. authorities turned off power later that day.
