In Strawberry Point Clayton County Iowa an agricultural advisor led a five month school for farm boys who had quit school. The project created 12 alfalfa patches 2 carloads lime applied 2 pure bred Guernsey cows 5 Guernsey bulls and a county wide corn and pig club effort. A farmer praises the advisor saying his son now asks questions and learning is valuable beyond money.
