In a Sunday Marshall County League game Clemons was held to seven runs while LeGrand plated five. Sparky Gaunt pitched masterfully for LeGrand limiting Clemons to three hits. Everts delivered Clemons only three base hits with a late three base hit. Norman Manship and Smaha starred defensively for Clemons. Hal ter and Wilkening split mound duties.
