Howard Sanders Named Director of Marshall County Relief
Howard Sanders elected last Wednesday by the board of supervisors with Des Moines sanction to lead Marshall County relief work. A LeGond native and 1927 Penn College graduate, he has worked in Oskaloosa Chicago and Edwards County IL and will command a nine person staff. He begins duties immediately. In Cedar Rapids the Iowa Electric Light and Power Company approved a fourth 1936 dividend with payments due January 20 1937 to stockholders of record December 1.
