WV C T U Meeting Reaches 86 Members With Aim for 100
About thirty members of the West Virginia Christian Temperance Union met at Mrs. Biddlecum’s home on December 1 for a regular session. The report shows Mrs. Pemberton gained 40 new paid up members, others added 16, totaling 56 new or renewed members. The union thanked Mrs. Pemberton and noted total membership at 86, aiming for 100. New members listed include I M Gaunt, Carl Kabuda, Hannah Meltvedt, Elle Johnson, John Dobson, Anna Mills, Mattie Manship, Millie Hoover, Max Radloff, and many others.
