Harrisburg resident Pat James Bricker marked his 83rd birthday amid a flood of inquiries after selling 11 Harrisburg homes for 10 dollars each to tenant families. He still owns 16 other properties valued at about 64 thousand dollars and has no plans for them. Bricker received hundreds of letters and cards and was escorted to Harrisburg City Hall where officials praised him for “practically giving away the homes.”
