Oklahoma Senate stalls on municipal employee talks bill
Oklahoma City The Senate approved a bill to let municipal workers negotiate wages and conditions, but a motion to reconsider could delay passage. The measure faces House action and opponents warned it could curb city control. The House also passed a highway right of way bill and a 15 cent mileage raise for state employees, sending both to the Senate.
