The decision supports keeping Hildy in the Ellis home where she has lived as their daughter for years and where they say the girl is wanted and cared for. The Ellises praised the ruling and thanked supporters including media and community members. Hildy graduates first grade at Lew Sehoul today and is described as excelling in class.
