Parcell Oklahoma reports two Bennett brothers Kenneth Gene Bennett 20 Route 2 Blanchard and Fachard Earl Brunnett 18 Norman were found dead after disappearing Saturday. Sheriff Hudleston said the younger Bennett likely drowned while swimming in a farm pond after their horses wandered away from the pasture.

Billie Sue Gregory of Disney an 18 year old ex soldier freed after 16 months in Mayes County jail was found guilty of attempted robbery by a district court jury in Vinita. The jury after initial deadlock deliberated again and returned a guilty verdict at 9 45 p m recommending a two year prison sentence. The alleged crime occurred at a Vinita cafe owned by Lloyd Harmon in September 1955.
