Angolan gateway blocked by U.N. in Dilolo

U.N. troops occupied the Congolese Angolan border town of Dilolo to halt clandestine traffic along the Benguela Railway. The move followed recent fighting that ended Katanga secession, with reports of disbanded Katanga units using the town as a crossing point into Angola. The U.N. said Dilolo Airport was secured and relations with locals established. It was unclear if this links to the dragnet for Katangese gendarmes.
