The Oklahoma State Chapter P.E.O. Sisterhood announced seven scholarship awards at the state convention in Lawton. Recipients include Miss Jane Adams Miami Zora Y Knight, Miss Diane Tolson Pawhuska Nell Farrell Stevenson, Miss Nancy Tindel Weatherford, Miss Cristen Woods Lawton, Miss Melissa McNair Norman, plus two $1000 and $1050 memorial and honor scholarships for Miss Trix Chenoweth Miami and Miss Mary Elizabeth Owens Tulsa. Recipients will attend Cottey College Nevada Missouri. Officers installed include Mrs Mason president and several vice presidents and secretaries. The 1974 convention will be in Clinton.
