Kerr-McGee Sued In Worker Death

Mrs Joyce N Tharp of August Kansas sues Kerr-McGee Corp and Transworld Drilling Co in U S District Court seeking 1.3 million for the death of her husband James Allen Tharp who was killed June 14 1969 when struck by a cable on a Transworld rig off Angola. She seeks 750000 for herself 500000 for her daughter 100000 for the estate and 5000 for funeral costs.
