College Sex Morals High Study Shows
CHICAGO A survey of American college students indicates systematic cheating on examinations is common at many large colleges. The study for the 12th National Conference on Higher Education cites high levels of cheating while personal conduct on sexual morality remains conventional. It notes variations by institution, with Cornell and Chicago cited as examples, and asserts higher education tends to produce conformity to college norms rather than universal honesty.

Krick Convinces Some Doubters in Oklahoma City Rain Surge
Cloud seeder Irving Krick of Denver, under a contract to boost rainfall feeding Oklahoma City, likely swayed skeptics as heavy rains drenched the North Canadian River watershed supplying Lake Anton and Oklahoma City. Snow reached up to 0 inches in spots of the Panhandle while most of the state saw rain or trace amounts, with over 31 silver iodide generators in western Oklahoma and surrounding states. A meteorologist from Eric’s Coffee directed conditions, and within a day of activating generators in Elk City and Gatewood, more than an inch of rain fell, with many generators spread from Maysville to Borger and beyond.
